Night
Vendor

A dark after-closing archive drawer holding sealed evidence files under a cold light.

The Hidden Horror Shop from Ulysess Ortiz. A cold address for after-closing investigations, sealed horror book files, and original objects kept behind the counter.

First Time After Closing?

Start with one object, one file, or one sealed preview.

Start After Closing

Some visitors knock.
Some sign the ledger.
Some ring the bell.
Only one of those things answers back.

Under The Cold Lamp

The light comes on before the room speaks.

There is always one chair under the light. Sometimes it looks like a reading chair. Sometimes it looks like a witness chair. Sometimes it looks like the place where a name is said out loud for the first time.

Author / Owner

My darker shelf has its own door.

I built Night Vendor because horror has always had its own room for me.

Long before this site, I was the person wandering through spooky conventions, stopping at author tables, buying books directly from the people who wrote them, collecting strange covers, small-press stories, dark little worlds, and anything that felt made by hand instead of pushed through a machine.

I have always loved reading. Writing took longer to believe in.

In high school, I was told I was a terrible writer. I carried that longer than I should have. Then, in college, one professor saw the opposite. They told me I had talent. Not in a loud way. Not in a dramatic way. Just enough truth to leave a door open.

Night Vendor is part of me walking through that door. My romance work has its own house. NeuroVerse has its own headquarters. This is where the darker work stands by itself: the Late Files first, the bookshop behind it, and the fiction shop only when an object earns the counter.

No borrowed monsters. No fake drops. No bargain-bin fear. Just original horror, strange files, and stories that wait until the light gets cold.

Each door changes what follows.

The file cabinet opens first. The shelf waits behind it. The counter opens last. Walk slowly.

Evidence Drawer

The cabinet does not open fast.

A statement. A room number. A photograph with no face in it. A bell that should not have rung. Open the drawer, and the room changes.
